Kari and Christopher Wedding Video
I don't think anyone ever comes to this blog anymore, but just incase I thought I'd include the wedding video I did for Kari and Chris. They were actually married a little over a year ago, on December 21, 2012. They're good kids and I love them.
More from Paris
Here is another gargoyle from the top of Notre Dame. It looks like Kari Rosenthal will be studying for a semester in France next year, so maybe some new pictures with a fresh perspective if Celeste and I go to visit her while she's away. For the next few days I'll finish off my chosen shots from Paris and be done with this round.
Corben and Kristina's Wedding Video
This is a wedding video I put together for Corben and Kristina. Everyone saw it for the first time at the rehearsal dinner on June 30, 2011, the day before the wedding.
Colorado 2010
My parents in law treated the whole family to a wonderful vacation in Estes Park, CO this past July, 2010. Here is a video I made for the family from pictures and video from our trip.

Epcot at Night
http://bradrosenthal.com This is from Celeste's and my vacation to Disneyworld back in November of 2008. We were exiting Epcot after the fireworks show and the lights changed on the Epcot giant ball. I love how it goes from orange to blue then to the dark black sky.
Louvre Snapshot
I wouldn't call this art by a long shot but it is extremely cool to show the scale and enormity of the Louvre. Celeste is not so far from me in the picture, but look over to the right, there is a man walking and you get the idea of how big things really are. By the way, the crowds are huge, they just don't walk this far over, most of them congregate at the glass pyramid which is behind me (from the perspective of how I took the picture).
Henry and the Puppies
We had to babysit (dogsit) John's two puppies. Henry has never really seen another dog, but he thought it was totally awesome that the puppies would chase him.

Musée de l'Armée
The Musée de l'Armée is a museum at Les Invalides in Paris, France. While Celeste and I were touring, once again, I stood still in the same spot for some time waiting on the instant that no one would be in my picture. Even though this passage way looks deserted, there are people all around.
Weather Worn
I have been looking through my pictures from Celeste's and my Paris trip from a few years ago. I found several pictures that I'm pleased with that I'll be posting over the next couple of weeks. Several of the pictures I'll post are gargoyles from the top of Cathédrale Notre Dame.
The first is this image of two very weather worn statues. It struck me as odd that some of the gargoyles held up very well and others were so warn by time. My best guess is that some face into oncoming weather more than others. If you have a thought, or better, actually know the answer, post a comment.

Reptilicus 1985
When I was 17 years old, several of my friends and I thought it would be a good idea to make a movie. We rented a video camera (no one owned cameras then, they were too expensive), we got all of our friends to be in the movie and made a 15 minute epic called Reptilicus. It was all filmed in Tulsa, we edited it all ourselves (tape to tape, long before iMovie) and had the debut at the old Fontana 6 movie theatre (much of it was filmed there too). This movie features my friends; Dick Carson, Steve Carson, Jeff Howard, Blaine Bunch, Kenny Yocum, Gramn Rosenthal, Gene Curtis and Celeste Robbins (not yet Celeste Rosenthal) as well as many other folks (some of whom I haven't talked to in years).
The story is silly, and the quality is laughable. The original video tape was very old and I was barely able to convert it to a digital format, so forgive the graininess. Poor quality and silly or not, to me, the images in this video are priceless. I'm so glad we made this movie because as I look back at it 23 years later, it really is a treasure.

Corben's Journey to Eagle
This is the first time I've used a movie as my blog entry, so we'll see how it works out. On 1/27/07 my oldest son Corben Rosenthal had his Eagle Scout Ceremony at Southwood Bible Church in Tulsa. Corben is a member of Troop 8 in Tulsa, OK. I prepared this video from assorted photos taken of Corben over the course of his scouting career. Pictures of Celeste Rosenthal, Kari Rosenthal, Calven Rosenthal and Travis Norris also pepper the video because of their involvement with scouts. This was the first movie I made in iMovie.
Arc de Triomphe
A nice picture of the French flag from inside the Arc de Triomphe. Celeste and I went to France in May of 2006 for our 20th anniversary. It was a very nice trip and we took some really great pictures.
